Biography

Géraldine is an American-Swiss actress living in NYC. She speaks English, German, Swiss German and French, and is a member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA and AGMA. After earning her degree from Northwestern’s Theater Department, Géraldine dove into Chicago’s vibrant theater scene, taking on roles that spanned from edgy European pieces to beloved American classics, bringing her energy to renowned stages like Steppenwolf and the Lyric Opera along the way. She then returned to New York City, the place where she had spent her teenage years and first stepped onto the stage. Here, she found a home with Broken Box Mime Theater and the Ridiculous Theatrical Company, and has been seen at theaters including La Mama, Big Apple Circus, TILT at FIAF, ART/NY theaters, The PIT, the Kraine, HERE Arts, Dixon Place, the TANK and numerous creative corners of the city.

Géraldine is a passionate international performer, having taken the stage at Teatro Real in Madrid, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and across parts of Switzerland, most notably at the Zürcher Festspiele, as well as nationally at Wolf Trap, the Tennessee Williams Festival Ptown, Minnesota Fringe, Florida Grand Opera, and Michigan Opera Theater.

Géraldine plays in the award winning short films: the German A Cycle, and the French Creative Block, as well as in the webseries Downtown Girls and the lead role in an episode of the TV mini series I’d Kill For You.
