Susie Castillo (born October 27, 1979) is an American actress, TV host, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss USA 2003. She competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe pageants. She is known for portraying Principal Ramirez in the Nickelodeon live-action television series The Really Loud House (2022–present).
