Due to the need to have an extra income, Lola and Paco have the idea of accepting exchange students in their home. Cameron's arrival at the Rocha's house becomes a little run over, will he feel good with them?
After seeing the success of the hotline, Paco decides to set up his own, under the concept of 'Doctor shoe', to give advice on footwear. Oscar, due to his interests, grants him the loan, but catastrophe and failure suddenly appear.
The roof of the Rocha's has a water leak, Paco refuses to hire a roofer because he assures it is an issue between nature and him. On the other hand, Oscar gets a job at the zoo, but his salary is the minimum.
Lola and Paco agree to go out each on their own. At thee beauty salon, Lola suspects that Paco is having an affair with someone else. Then, Lola gives herself the task of investigating how men get to be unfaithful.
Paco has to deal with his little and hateful neighbor. Dolores and the boys arrive from the zoo and tell Francisco about their adventures. Francisco, Dolores and Óscar watch TV and find out that Amparo foiled a bank robbery.
Encouraged by Willy, Kelly decides to audition for a video of a famous rock band, and although the teenager is not characterized by being very fast, the event is televised and Paco discovers his daughter.
After receiving a summons, for the purpose of Audit, Paco knows that he could go to jail for a bad annual statement, made by Lola, so he decides to put his wife's hair up for sale, so that clients can make an oncological wig.
After a work event, which causes an emotional crisis, Paco decides to dedicate himself to growing cassava and thus have his garden. Apparently, Paco has skills, but not everyone is very satisfied with this new activity.
Kelly is sent to do an internship at a television channel, in which she is quickly hired and doubles Paco's salary, a fact that makes him feel relegated and swayed. The Rochas also begin to look at Paco with disdain.
Paco, refusing to pay an exterminator, decides to hunt a mouse that has turned the Rocha's house upside down, however, the rodent's ability is infinitely greater than that of his captor, not even with Óscar's help can they weigh the chaos unleashed.
Amparo makes Lola doubt about the love that Paco has for her, because he is unable to say to her 'I love you'. In addition, the feeling increases when they see how the Pachóns say tender phrases and look for special gifts to surprise each other.
At the dawn of Kelly's graduation and when reviewing her parents' yearbook, it is revealed that Lola never obtained her high school diploma, the mockery of the Rochas pours out on Lola but she is not willing to be the laughing stock of the family.
Due to her bad grades, and Willy's indiscretion, Kelly is punished and thus unable to go to the Carlos Víveres concert. The teenager is also put to work in the shoe store, but she doesn't plan to stay still.
An unrecognized charge on Paco's package makes Amparo give advice to her neighbor; however, an unsolicited credit card arrives at the Rocha's house and they plan to use it, if it was not requested it can be used.
Debt reaches the necks of the Rocha family, in an act of despair Paco decides to make a garage sale with Lola's things, she is not very happy with the situation and does not plan to stay with her arms crossed.
During a night out, in which Paco did not want to go, Lola meets Tomás, a charming man, and apparently there is chemistry between them.
In order not to visit Lola's mother, Kelly and Paco pretend to be sick with the flu, however, in a turn of events the teenager turns out to be really sick and Paco must be the selfless and loving father he has never been.
With the arrival of a new neighbor, Floralba, Paco is seen in the neighborhood as a sex symbol, even Amparo gets nervous with him. With this new change, Lola feels that she is about to lose her husband.
