Tab Time

Today, Ms. Tab and Avi the Avocado are curious about how things grow - from the smallest seed to the tallest tree. Farmer Seymour Sprouts teaches us a special lesson with fruit, plus Ms. Tab is joined by her friends Burnie the Oven Mitt, Starla the Spatula, DJ Khrafty, and Lovey as she explores how growing and changing makes us feel. So put on your adventure shoes and join in!

Ms. Tab’s back for another round of Tab Time and she’s brought Flo Jam with her to look at how we can express our feelings through music. Sad music, happy music, and everything-in-between music! For Craft Time, Ms. Tab and DJ Khrafty the craft box show us how we can make our own musical instruments at home! Make sure to stick around for a special crunchy snack!

Ms. Tab wants to know what makes a family, family! So, she and Lenny the lightning bug travel through a magical forest to explore all different kinds of frog, bunny, and bird families. Dr. Gene E. Ology stops by to share the super secret ingredient that makes every family special and in Craft Time, the kids make paper quilts that celebrate what they like best about their families. Plus, Ms. Tab’s showing us how to make a yogurt parfait. YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!

Ms. Tab knows just how to get out of a funk, and one of those ways is through movement! From big stretches to the tiniest of winks. Professor Boogie stops by to show us what kind of movements make us feel good and in Snack Time, Ms. Tab makes some special fruit race cars that race into your tummy! Vroom vroom!!

Did you know that everything you do causes something else to happen? Ms. Tab is exploring all of the ways our actions and choices cause different effects. With the help of a magical castle, some very messy Splat Paint art in Craft Time, and some big experiments in Ms. Tab’s Lab, Ms. Tab learns how important and meaningful our actions can be, and also how messy!!

Friends are the BEST! Ms. Tab is here to show us how great they can be, and all the ways we can learn to be better friends too. She learns some really fun games to play with your pals from Professor Yurma Bestie and makes a special craft that helps you stay in touch with your besties.

Ms. Tab’s ALL about the seasons! She wants to explore all the different changes that happen with the seasons, and her friend Professor Stomp helps show her the fun things they can stomp on in each season. Ms. Tab and her pals learn even more about the different seasons by making hanging mobiles and mixing up some snow ice-cream - and we ALL scream for snow ice-cream!

Ms. Tab knows that everyone makes mistakes sometimes, even her! And maybe your mistake was an “oops-ortunity” - something that actually had a silver lining. From a couple mistakes helping her build an even better pillow fort with Master Builder Oopsie Daisie to embracing the fun and silly mistakes you can make with paint during Craft Time, Ms. Tab wants to show that oops-ortunities aren’t so bad after all!

Asking for help can be a hard thing to do, but Ms. Tab wants to help us gain confidence in asking for help and helping others! By making cereal for a giant with her friend Dr. Helpie Helpsalot and making a yummy snack all about giving a helping hand, Ms. Tab learns all the different ways that helping someone out can make their day that much better.

Ms. Tab’s wondering about all the different ways to say goodbye. She knows that sometimes saying goodbye can be sad, but she wants to learn how saying goodbye can be happy too! Ms. Tab brings in her friend Captain Cya Later who teaches us a bunch of fun ways to say goodbye and then Ms. Tab shows us a great craft we can make that shows off all of our best memories of saying goodbye to help us smile!
