Biography

Rafael Saliganan is a filmmaker based in Tuguegarao City, Philippines. He has worked on various short films as a director, editor, and cinematographer. His short film "Chasing A Star" was awarded the Audience Choice Award at the Manila Student Film Festival in 2024. "Kaleidoscope" won Best Editing at the Theology Film Festival in 2024, and "The Last Supper" also won Best Film at the USLT BES Film Festival.
