Jackie Collins, formerly known professionally as Jackie Lee, devoted over 25 years to public history education at the Johnson Victrola Museum in Dover, Delaware—an institution dedicated to the life and legacy of Eldridge Reeves Johnson and the Victor Talking Machine Company. As a historic-site interpreter, she guided visitors through the evolution of recorded sound, leading engaging programs on topics ranging from early jazz and country recordings to Victor's impact on 20th‑century music history.

Collins was highlighted among staff during the museum’s 50th-anniversary celebration in 2017, recognized for her leadership and interpretive contributions alongside fellow museum professionals.
