Kim Kang-jae

Biography

A South Korean model and actor, he graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts with a major in Modern Dance. Following his military discharge, he initially joined YG Entertainment (Acting Division) and is currently signed with HODU&U Entertainment. In February 2024, he officially launched his acting career by playing the "mysterious bodyguard" in the "2009 Masterpiece Championship" special of the SBS web variety show MMTG (Civilization Express). In March of the same year, he gained significant public attention through his appearance in Season 2 of the web variety show Hong Seok-cheon's Jewel Box. In June, he starred in the short drama It Is What It Is (Gilgo Jjalbeun Geon), produced by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, which won Best Cinematography at the 10th Seoul International Network Festival (K-Webfest). Subsequently, he has starred in several short-form dramas, including the Kanta platform original series I Woke Up as a Top Star.
