Carlos Diegues

Biography

Carlos José Fontes Diegues OMC, known as Cacá Diegues (Maceió, May 19, 1940 – Rio de Janeiro, February 14, 2025), was a Brazilian filmmaker. He was one of the founders of Cinema Novo.
