MST3K shifts into high gear as the unforgettable MANOS: THE HANDS OF FATE makes its indelible mark on Joel, Tom Servo, and Crow. This season also includes THE DAY THE EARTH FROZE, although we never did find out what a Sampo is.

On the SOL: Joel helps the 'bots with posture / Crow meets Timmy (the evil version of himself) / Joel explains the double entendre / Timmy attacks Crow and holds Servo hostage until Joel throws him off the satellite. In Deep 13: The Mads present the giant checkbook for use for prizes and charity events, Frank writes a check for 1.5 million dollars with out telling Dr. Forrester / Timmy ends up in Deep 13 and attacks Frank.
