The seven most wanted men in La Matanza—the so-called "Nafta Súper gang"—reunite for the first time in ten months because they're under attack and their old enemies are searching for them. Still with the police on their heels, they also discover that El Cabeza de Tortuga, Nafta Súper's nemesis, has reappeared. Everything indicates this is part of the plan of a dangerous drug dealer who's putting down roots in the neighborhood and won't share it. At the same time, El Federico, a key member of the gang, is accused of murdering the leader of the enemy gang, and revenge is a relentless threat. They need their leader back, Nafta Súper back. But there's a problem: since that crazy night at the Paroissien Hospital, nothing has been heard from him.
The suburban heroes suffer violent attacks and reunite to find out who's trying to eliminate them. They take refuge in the cabaret of Mishi, an old flame of El Federico's. A video of a crime sows doubts in the gang.
After resisting an attack and smoothing over differences between Federico (Pablo Rago) and Ráfaga (Diego Cremonesi), the gang investigates who wants to pin the crime on them. Cabeza de Tortuga ("Turtle Head", played by Pablo Pinto) bursts into the cabaret and confronts the girls.
To prove his innocence, Federico turns to a police ally, Lieutenant Ranni. Meanwhile, Ráfaga searches for Vidrio, a criminal who can help the gang return to La Matanza.
Terrified by his impending fatherhood, Faisán cheats on his pregnant wife with Lulú. During an unexpected escape, he loses his ring and its powerful stone: it's not good to be without your powerful green jewel just as the police and the Mara gang attack.
Ráfaga suspects that Lu, the wife of Nafta Súper, is in danger. He sets out to warn her, but is ambushed. Lu and his son are already surrounded when nurse Nilda comes to the rescue.
Lu is in the hands of Vidrio, so Nafta Súper must return to La Matanza neighborhood. But the Executor and Demente Caracol get involved in the kidnapping and they have their own plans.
El Federico discovers who framed him for the gang member's crime and stirs up his painful past, connected to his father and Corona, a fearsome officer whose future in the Police depends on his designated psychologist, Dr. Reyes.
The Maras gang capture Federico and Corona (Diego Capusotto) at the same time, believing that the former was the murderer of their leader. Nafta Súper, Faisán, Juan Raro, Lady Di, Ráfaga and Mishi prepare the rescue: the gang is back.
